Terms of Service (PhotoSwipe)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PhotoSwipe mobile application (“PhotoSwipe”, “App”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PhotoSwipe. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission.
License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PhotoSwipe for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code (except where allowed by law)
- Use the App in a way that violates any law or the rights of others
Photo Library Access and Deletion
PhotoSwipe requires permission to access your device photo library so the App can display photos for review.
Your responsibility for deletion actions
The App lets you delete photos via a swipe-left gesture or a delete button. You understand and agree:
- You are solely responsible for confirming what you choose to delete.
- Deleted photos may be permanently removed (or may be recoverable only through your device’s “Recently Deleted” album, depending on your OS).
- If you enable/disable “Delete Confirmation” in settings, that choice affects whether the App prompts you before deletion.
We are not responsible for any loss of photos or data resulting from your deletion choices, device behavior, OS behavior, or third-party photo library behavior.
Progress and Settings
PhotoSwipe may store your settings and review progress locally on your device so you can resume where you left off. You can reset progress in the App.
In‑App Purchases and Subscriptions
PhotoSwipe may offer paid features through subscriptions and/or a lifetime purchase. Purchases are handled by the App Store (or Google Play on Android, where applicable) and are subject to the platform’s terms and policies.
Billing and renewal (subscriptions)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (platform rules apply).
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period (platform rules apply).
- Pricing and availability may vary by region and may change over time.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings (App Store). Canceling stops future renewals; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Restore purchases
If you reinstall PhotoSwipe or switch devices, you can restore prior purchases using the App Store restore mechanism (commonly labeled “Restore Purchases” in apps). If restoration does not work, contact us at pinakfaldu3748@gmail.com and include any relevant order details available from the App Store (do not email full payment card information).
Third‑Party Services
PhotoSwipe may rely on platform services (such as Apple iCloud Photos / Google Photos integrations at the OS level) to display and manage your photo library. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
Disclaimer
PhotoSwipe is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App, including photo deletion outcomes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
